Sponsor rules & disclaimers Tap to read. By applying you agree to every rule. Last updated October 19, 2026.
Promoting EMA
- Disclose the partnership, every time. Any post, video, story or stream that mentions EMA or your code must clearly say you have a partnership with us, in the post itself. Use plain words like "ad", "sponsored" or "EMA partner". Don't rely on your bio, a "more" link or a pile of hashtags. In videos, say it out loud or show it on screen. In stories, put it on the image. On livestreams, repeat it. A platform's paid-partnership label is good to use but isn't enough on its own. The FTC requires clear disclosure of paid and promotional relationships.
- Only say what's true. Don't say you've used or installed a part if you haven't. Don't claim fitment, specs, strength, weight savings or safety results we haven't published. Confirm fitment for your exact bike before telling anyone a part fits.
- No unsafe install advice. Never tell anyone to skip torque specs or manufacturer instructions. Brakes and bolts are safety parts.
- Don't pretend to be EMA. You're an independent promoter. Don't say you work for us or speak for us, and don't use our name or logo in your profile name, handle, page or domain.
- Follow platform rules and the law. You're responsible for what you post and for following the rules of YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and anywhere else you share your code.
Using your code
- Share it with your own audience only. Your code is for your own channels: your videos, posts, bio, stories and your own messages to people.
- No coupon, deal or cashback sites. Don't post, submit or sell your code on coupon sites, deal sites, cashback or rewards sites, code-sharing pages, or public deal groups and forums, and don't let anyone else do it for you. This is the rule that gets you permanently removed.
- No paid ads on our brand name. Don't run search ads that bid on "EMA", "EMaccessories" or similar terms, and don't register domains, handles or pages using our name, without our written permission.
- No self-dealing. You don't earn commission on your own orders or orders from people you control. No fake orders, and no buying and returning to farm commission.
- Don't alter or trade your code. Your code can't be combined with other discounts, and you can't sell, trade or hand it off as your own to another promoter.
Commission & payouts
- What earns commission. Paid, completed orders made with your code. Commission is 5% of the item subtotal after your code's discount, not counting shipping or taxes. Refunded, returned, cancelled, disputed and charged-back items are deducted, and fraudulent orders earn nothing.
- Coupon-site orders don't count. We may withhold commission on orders we reasonably believe came from coupon, deal or cashback sites or browser coupon extensions, whether or not you posted the code there.
- Payout timing. Commission is paid monthly for orders that are past the 30-day refund window. Minimum payout: $25. If you've earned less than that, it carries over to the next month until it reaches the minimum. We may hold commission while we look into an order or a possible rule violation.
- Taxes. You're responsible for any taxes on what you earn. We may ask for tax information before paying you, and we may report payments where the law requires it.
If you break the rules
- What happens. If you break any rule, we can shut off your code, withhold or cancel unpaid commission, and remove you from the program, right away and without notice. Coupon-site posting, fake orders and self-dealing mean permanent removal and forfeited commission, and we may block you from future orders. Customers who already ordered with your code still get their order.
- We can change or end things. We can change the discount, commission rate or rules, or end the program or any code, at any time. Changes apply to orders placed after the change. The current rules are always on this page, and promoting EMA after a change means you accept it.
Disclaimers
- Not a job. No guaranteed income. You're an independent promoter, not our employee, agent or partner. We don't promise any earnings, sales or number of orders, and you can't sign contracts or make promises on our behalf.
- Who runs this. This program is run by EMaccessories LLC ("EMA", "we", "us"). By applying you agree to these rules with EMaccessories LLC.
- Eligibility. You must be 18 or older, or have a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these rules for you.
- Your content. You keep ownership of what you make. By promoting EMA you let us reshare your public posts that feature EMA, with credit to you. Ask us any time and we'll stop.
- Your information. We use what you submit to run the program: to create your code, track and pay commission, and contact you when we need to.
- No liability. The program is provided "as is". You're responsible for what you say and post. To the extent the law allows, EMA isn't responsible for lost earnings, actions a platform takes against your account, or indirect or consequential losses.
