EMaccessories Refund & Return Policy

At EMaccessories, we take pride in the quality of our eBike parts and accessories. Every item is carefully packed and inspected before shipping. Please review our refund and return policy below to understand how we handle returns, replacements, and refund requests.


No Refunds on Non-Faulty Items

All sales are final.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for items that are no longer wanted, ordered by mistake, or due to changes of mind.

Refunds are only available under the following circumstances:

  • The item arrived damaged during shipping.

  • The item is faulty or not functioning as intended.

  • You received the wrong item due to our error.

If your order meets one of these conditions, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo or video proof of the issue.


How to Request a Return or Replacement

To start a return or refund claim:

  1. Email us at maxoncbraun@icloud.com with your order number and a clear description of the issue.

  2. Attach photos or videos showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item.

  3. Once approved, we will provide return instructions or issue a replacement/refund as appropriate.

Do not ship items back without contacting us first — unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.


Return Conditions

  • Returned items must be in their original packaging and include all parts or accessories.

  • Items showing signs of misuse, modification, or improper installation will not qualify for refund or replacement.

  • We reserve the right to inspect all returned products before approving a replacement or refund.


Refund Processing

Once a return is received and approved:

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.


Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our mistake.

  • In cases of verified fault or error, EMaccessories will cover or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.
